1. What documents can I search on JurisPacific?
JurisPacific houses the most comprehensive searchable database of Guam case law and related documents. Currently, you can search Superior Court of Guam case law from 1980 to the present, Supreme Court of Guam Case Law from 1996 to the present, Guam Public Laws from the 17th through the 28th Guam Legislatures, the Guam Code Annotated, Attorney General Opinions from 1988 to the present, Executive Orders from 1987 to the present, Guam Administrative Rules and Regulations, and the Guam Civil Service Commission Decision and Orders from 1983 to the present.

2. Do I have to be a member to search the JurisPacific database?

Yes. Becoming a JurisPacific member is quick and easy, and it allows you full access to all of JurisPacific's services, including searching Guam case law documents. Find out how to get started.

3. Why do I need to register?
JurisPacific is an online web application system that provides members the ability to search, access, and retrieve Guam law documents from one online source. Members also have access to additional benefits, such as the ability to save queries. JurisPacific offers licenses for clients to use this system. The licenses must be purchased and are available for individual accounts, or for firms that require multi-user licenses.

4. How much does the service cost?
In celebration of the addition of the Guam Code Annotated (GCA) to JurisPacific, we are currently offering a special limited time price of $220 per user, per month. Read The Bottom Line for more information.

5. If I sign up now, will the rates change during the license term?
Our license agreement is based on a minimum one-year term. If you sign up today for a single-user license, you will pay $220 a month for the duration of your license term, even if the JurisPacific rate schedule changes during that period.

6. Are the documents on JurisPacific original documents?

The Superior Court of Guam case law documents in our database are digitized versions of the original source documents. This means that you get the same document using JurisPacific as you would if you pull the document yourself from the library shelf in which the original hard copy is located.

The Supreme Court of Guam case law documents, the Guam Public Law documents, the GCA documents, and the Guam Administrative Rules and Regulations documents are digitized searchable documents of their digital source documents.

7. How often is the database updated?
Our database is updated regularly on a monthly basis.
