houses the most comprehensive searchable database
of Guam case law and related documents. Currently, you
can search
Superior Court of Guam case law from 1980 to the present, Supreme
Court of Guam Case Law from 1996 to the present, Guam Public
Laws from the 17th through the 28th Guam Legislatures, the
Guam Code Annotated, Attorney General Opinions from 1988
to the present, Executive Orders from 1987 to the present,
Guam Administrative Rules and Regulations, and the Guam Civil Service Commission Decision and Orders from 1983 to the present. |

I have to be a member to search the JurisPacific database? |

you full access to all of JurisPacific's services, including

Why
do I need to register? |
| |
JurisPacific
is an online web application system that provides members the
ability to search, access, and retrieve Guam law documents from
one online source. Members also have access to additional benefits,
such as the ability to save queries. JurisPacific offers licenses
for clients to use this system. The licenses must be purchased
and are available for individual accounts, or for firms that
require multi-user licenses. |

much does the service cost? |

In
celebration of the addition of the Guam Code Annotated (GCA)
to JurisPacific, we are currently offering a special limited
time price of $220 per user, per

If
I sign up now, will the rates change during the license term? |
| |
Our
license agreement is based on a minimum one-year term. If you
sign up today for a single-user license, you will pay $220 a
month for the duration of your license term, even if the JurisPacific
rate schedule changes during that period. |

Are
the documents on JurisPacific original documents? |
| |
The
Superior Court of Guam case law documents in our database
are digitized versions of the original source documents. This
means that you get the same document using JurisPacific as
you would if you pull the document yourself from the library
shelf in which the original hard copy is located.
The Supreme Court of Guam case law documents, the Guam Public
Law documents, the GCA documents, and the Guam Administrative
Rules and Regulations documents are digitized searchable documents
of their digital source documents.
