JurisPacific is the only online service that provides access to a fully searchable database of over 20 years of Guam case law.
Guam Code Annotated (GCA)
These documents comprise the online edition of the codified laws of Guam, as provided by the Compiler of Laws and copyrighted by the Government of Guam. The GCA is maintained as modifications and additions are provided by the Compiler of Laws.
Superior Court of Guam Case Law
Date range: 1980 to the present
The JurisPacific database houses the most comprehensive searchable collection of Superior Court of Guam case law documents from 1980 to the current year. All of the documents available at the Guam Law Library are available on our system with full search capability. These documents include:
- Decisions
- Orders
- Judgments
- Bench Warrants
These case law documents are digitized formats of the same documents you would find at the law library or other document repository. They have the same characteristics as their paper source, including:
- signatures
- timestamps
- other source characteristics, like handwritten notations
Supreme Court of Guam Case Law
Date range: 1996 to current year
The JurisPacific database includes the full case law record from the Supreme Court of Guam since its inception in 1996.
Guam Public Law
Date range: 17th through current Guam Legislature
Our database also includes Guam Public Laws from the 17th through the current Guam Legislature, comprising laws passed since 1983.
Guam Administrative Rules and Regulations
The Administrative Rules and Regulations in our database are the latest version compiled by the Guam Compiler of Laws. These documents include Guam's procurement regulations.
Executive Orders
Executive Orders issued by the Governor of Guam from 1987 to the present.
Attorney General Opinions
Opinions issued by the Attorney General of Guam between 1977 to the present.
Guam Civil Service Commission
Decision & Orders issued by the Guam Civil Service Commission from 1983 to the present.
